We ship anywhere in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories. Orders are packed by hand and usually leave within 1 to 3 business days.
Books-only orders can ship by USPS Media Mail, the most affordable option. Orders that include crafts ship by USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Returns
If something arrives damaged or isn't what was described, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Because every craft is made by hand, small variations in color and finish are part of its character and aren't considered defects.
